Great location close to ski slopes and helpful and friendly staff made our stay pleasant. The rooms were adequately equipped with what we needed and we appreciated the free parking available at the hotel. Additionally, the restaurant offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options.

The rooms were not very well maintained, and we noticed a fair amount of dust on the furniture. The bathrooms were in a poor state with leaking taps, and the shower cabin was not very clean. Moreover, we felt that the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could have been better in terms of quality. Finally, the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was not very reliable, and we found it difficult to work from our rooms.

Convenient location and friendly staff but.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the lobby was breathtaking - we couldn't stop looking at the lake. The staff were very helpful, they provided us with transportation and parking right outside our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants in this city. We loved the cleanliness of our room and the hotel facilities - from the internal garden to the breakfast offered in the morning. Definitely recommend!

Nothing to fault.

Located in an ideal spot close to the city centre, on the lake and with nearby shops and restaurants, this hotel is a great choice. the view from the dining room and lakeside balconies are superb. the staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable with great views and clean bathrooms with all necessary amenities.

Just a minor setback: There is no WiFi in the room, only in the foyer, but this is a small inconvenience compared to all of the great things the hotel has to offer.
